i found the breakfast to be really great they offered many choices. the staff were helpful and always available to answer my questions. the location is perfect with easy access to transportation and several restaurants nearby.
i noticed the room size was a bit small with very limited space for luggage storage. it wasn't a huge problem for my short stay but could be an issue for longer trips.

the receptionists were very helpful and polite i always received a warm welcome. they answered all my questions and gave directions to local attractions plus they helped arrange transportation as needed and they were efficient.

the hotel is close to a metro station this makes access to the city center easy and quick. i could easily walk to groceries restaurants and other shops since there were many options close to the hotel and it was safe.

the room was very clean and well kept it had a comfortable bed and fresh towels daily. the decor was bright and cheerful plus the air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the temperature very pleasant so i was happy.

the staff showed such kindness, they handled an early amazon delivery for my daughter's medicine. the room was so neat, always tidied to a high standard each morning, it was like a sweet dream. the location feels so intimate, nestled near a metro stop and lovely cafés.
